I worked on Tuesday the 8th of April. Before I started to work, I noticed that the garden was seemingly over-run with weeds. The ones that bothered me the most were the large, thorny ones by the papaya trees. I also knew that the hydroponics division needed some assistance. I could see that the food we planted was growing amazingly, especially the lettuce. Individually, I relocated seven fish from various tanks to the hydroponic tank. I also assisted dumping worm water into the garden. It stank so bad. After that was done, we weeded out the garden as much as possible. I got out all those thorny plants that were bugging me before and also weeded the area by the bananas. As a group, we accomplished a lot. We set up the ecosystem within the hydroponic tank. We cared for the worm division. We put some compost in the compost bin and weeded out several areas in the garden. We should make a fruit salad out of the watermelon that we're going to plant, the papayas, the strawberries, and the bananas when they bloom.
